RYE BREADS

RYE breads are our speciality. We make all of them with scald and natural yeast. Every piece is made by hands and each bribe has its own story. All process of baking makes at least 36 hours. At first we put make scald. It means, that we pour 96 degrees hot water on rye flour and let it stay for a night. In next morning we add natural yeast and prepare everything to make dough. Then we make each piece by hands and let it stay for fermentation. After baking we let rye bread stay quietly for at least 24 hours. After slicing and packaging it is ready to go to You, our customer! :)

WHEAT BREADS

Wheat breads are our second speciality. We make different kinds of wheat bread by using high-grade quality flour for wheat bread "Kurzemnieks", for wheat bread "Ikdiena". Also we like to use coarse wheat flour for our rounded bread "Karaša".  For bran bread and for grain bread we use a lot of different seeds - in that way we make wheat bread more healthy.

PASTRY

We have, probably, the best pastry makes in Latvia. Our girls can make really lovely buns with different fillings, braided breads, pretzel cakes and so on. We have not only sweet products in our pastry, but also salty ones - in case You want to taste huge sausage burger or burger with chicken meat, we make it! :)
One of our favourite pastry products is rye garlic bread - it was really hard to find perfect recipe for it. Maybe that is why we are really glad, that this is one of our most popular products.
